Ductile, Malleable, and Grey Iron Casting
With a casting weight range spanning from 40 grams to 20 metric tons and a casting floor size of 30,000 m2, we utilize cupola and electric furnaces to ensure flexibility and efficiency in production. Our product categories include heavy equipment spares, rail components, off-road heavy equipment, bearing housings, motor housings, machine bases, and gearbox housings.
Stainless Steel Casting
Our stainless-steel casting services cover a weight range from 100 grams to 8 metric tons, offering all ASTM and EN grades. For smaller quantity orders, we facilitate conversion to Japanese JIS or Chinese GB standards. Utilizing processes such as black and green sand molding, aluminum molding, lost wax, and lost foam methods, we ensure precise and consistent results.
Aluminum and Copper Casting
We offer casting services for aluminum and copper alloys, ranging from 100 grams to 1 metric ton. Equipped with electric furnaces and full mechanical and chemical testing capabilities, including an in-house SPECTROMAX metal analyzer, torque testing, and hardness testing equipment, we cater to industries such as electrical, gas utilities, rail, machinery components, pumps, and valves.
Bronze & Brass Casting
Our bronze and brass casting capabilities cover weights ranging from 100 grams to 500 kg, with all ASTM and EN grades available. For smaller quantity orders, we facilitate conversion to Japanese JIS or Chinese GB standards.
